About

Embark on a sacred musical journey into the heart of the Amazon rainforest with Ninawa Pai da Mata Huni Kuin, a beloved chief from the Huni Kuin people of the Humaita river, in Acre - Brazil.

In this highly anticipated course, Ninawa invites you to explore the ancient technology of prayer through the traditional songs of his people.

As a guardian of ancestral wisdom, Ninawa shares the meaning of prayer songs in his tradition, dating back to the inception of sacred medicines. The course focuses on a chant associated with powerful medicines such as ayahuasca (nixi pãe) and the sacred rapé (rumê reshke) as well as the natural forces of the elements and the forest.

These sacred prayers, passed down through generations, hold the key to invoking the spirits of the medicines to bring in healing and harmony. Ninawa delves into the three essential phases of Nixi pãe ceremony prayer—calling the force (Pãe txanimá), invoking the visions (Hawã Dau Tibuya), and balancing the force (Kaya Tibu). Each chant serves a distinct purpose, contributing to the healing, cleansing, and harmonizing of individuals and the space.

Ninawa reveals the intricate meanings behind the sacred words, emphasizing their role in connecting with the spirits and channeling energy for healing purposes.

Ninawa offers a deep dive into the “Eskawata Kayawei” prayer—a Kaya Tibu invoking healing and transformation. This powerful prayer calls upon the elements of nature, from water and earth to the sun and stars, aligning with the Creator's energy. Ninawa goes line by line to teach the song and explain its meaning in depth and then shows how it on the guitar.

Join Ninawa and Aniwa Digital on this profound exploration of prayers and medicines, as he shares the wisdom that has been safeguarded within the Huni Kuin tradition for generations and acquire tools to be connected to spirit in your daily life.

I joined this course with the hope of better understanding the popular chant of "Eskawata Kayawai" and I absolutely received that. I appreciated so much that Nina Pai Da Mata went through each line of the prayer and broke it down. I also really appreciated the q&a afterwards to help clarify our studies. The class was very straightforward and simple but extremely professional.

I had the pleasure of joining for Ninawa Pai da Mata’s "Eskawata Kayawei" in which he sang the ancient Amazonian medicine prayer of his ancestors that is sung during ayahuasca ceremonies, as well as other ceremonies and healings. He explained the significance of each verse, as well as the significance of the prayer overall. I definitely felt the energy of the prayer, and Ninawa Pai da Mata’s authenticity. I feel like this is extremely important work- we should deeply understand the essence of the prayers, chants, songs and ceremonies in which we partake, so I really appreciated this teaching! Afterwards he did a Q&A which was very informative, and he shared a message from the forest that was very inspiring, loving and hopeful. The sliding scale prices for this class made the offering extremely accessible. It’s clear to me that the people at Aniwa are 100% dedicated to putting their hearts and souls into helping, healing, educating and uplifting others, whether that be the shamans whose voices they are amplifying, the communities in which the shamans live, or those of us receiving the offerings. All of the content I’ve seen them put out is of very high quality, and is of value, even if it’s just a short quote, blessing, or video. Everything I’ve seen has definitely been in the spirit of teaching and healing. Thank you to everyone at Aniwa, as well as the shamans that work with you for pouring your hearts into this mission. It’s a huge undertaking and I don’t doubt that it is making a huge impact in all the lives it’s touching 🙏

About This Fundraiser

About this fundraiser:

This fundraiser is dedicated to supporting Ninawa's village, Novo Futuro (New Future), currently facing a power outage.

A message from Ninawa:

"We have been have been without electricity in the village for about six months now.

Since the last maintenance carried out,  the solar equipment  never worked normally again and the whole community was left without electricity.

Electricity has been very important for us during these years, since we had solar panels installed. It helps us lot on the making of arts and crafts, as we sometimes use drilling machines, and it is also really important in the lighting of our homes at night as a form of protection.

The electricity helps us monitor the village and be able to see wild animals, venomous snakes as well as the uncontacted indigenous, they live nearby in the forest, and come to steal supplies from us, they are very aggressive.

It is strange for us to be back living in the time of the lamp and having to burn kerosene so we can light up our homes.

We are asking for the support of our community around the world to raise $5000 to buy new batteries, cables, and hire a company to come and install them in our community."

Registration: sliding scale options

There are sliding scale options available for those who wish to give more. We thank you for your generosity and support!
